Do you know what a cream line is?  Look very closely.  This is our morning's milk.  These are 1/2 gallon jars.  They had been chilling about two hours when I took the picture.  You can click to make them bigger.  I'm guessing that's more than a quart of cream.

I'm thinking ice cream. Or chip dip. Something this rich and delicious ... maybe sell it to Starbuck's? love, V

I'm thinking fresh whipped cream (sweetened with interesting flavors) is the perfect condiment for so many things. :o)

I set it out last night to sour for making butter this morning. It was a quart, skimming only enough and leaving plenty to keep the milk rich. :D Butter, pouring cream, sour cream, whipped cream, ice cream, cream spinach!!!!, Ghee, and pet food. All good!
*Pouring cream = cream to just pour on things! Coffee! Hot cocoa! cake!
