Squeaker and Sophie, yesterday they went home to their new family. It was A Lot of consolation that they got to go together, paw in paw, as it were. Its always easier to face big changes with a good buddy at your side. And here at home we faced this hardest part of the lesson bravely. At least the kids were brave. I had a glass of wine and cried in the kitchen. It is hard to let them go.
