Will I ever care about blogging again? I don't know. Maybe not. I am certainly on hiatus, here.

I think, as the children grow up, blogging about our schooling life feels less and less appropriate. Their set backs are private. Blogging their triumphs feels like bragging.

And meanwhile, I'm just dog-gone busy around here. Hum, maybe I'm over it? Time will tell. In the mean time (love that phrase, what ever it means) y'all have a good summer.

~~ "Solar time as measured by the mean sun, resulting in equal 24-hour days throughout the year. If days were measured by the actual movement of the Sun, they would vary slightly in length at different times of the year due to differences in Earth's orbital speed and other factors. Mean time is the basis for standard clock time throughout most of the world." ~~

If you stop blogging, I'll miss your insightful posts.

And although it's not bragging to be proud of what one's children accomplish, who would care if it were bragging? We all have children. Well, most of us. And so we get it.

I just recently found your blog several months ago and have been enjoying it and your perspective. I, too, homeschool. I will miss your pictures and thoughts but understand your sentiment. Thanks.

What about you? Have you considered keeping a journal of your own, on personal things?

I'm glad you're leaving the door open. You never know, you may want to blog a bit here and there and I'll be happy to read when you do!

I understand your thought process. It's something I've thought about frequently, and mine are just little.

I will keep you on my reader and be happy if you do get the urge to share. I enjoy your 'voice'.

I hope you will continue to blog when it suits - I appreciate your perspective, your insight. My kids are grown and gone and I've never homeschooled but have gained so much from sharing vicariously in your life. I'll keep checking back, just in case.....

Did you ever see Kung fu Panda? My favorite line in the whole movie is when Oogway, the old turtle, says to Po when he is considering quiting and leaving the whole king fu thing - his lifelong dream - behind to return to making noodles with his dad: "Noodle, don't noodle. Quit, don't quit. You are too concerned with what was and what will be. There is a saying, yesterday is history, tomorrow a mystery, but today is a gift. That's why it is called the present."
...Blog, don't blog. I love how you always go with what feels best for you and your sweet family. You are such a gift to this world K, I know you will continue to touch people where ever you go.
Much love ~ Robin

Please do not care about blogging again. As for the home school stuff, tell your kids good luck. See em in rehab!

oh fer heavens sakes, I turn my back and slimy cowards show up. Rae? I'm laughing. I feel sure "anonymous" = "stupid hater over from Doc's blog" In that way, I'm almost flattered. Anonymous, get a life. Find the love. Think up a name for yourself.

Otherwhither, ideas are in the works. If I had a working computer, I'd tell you all about it now. But I don't. So, for the moment I'd just like to thank all'y'all for the support and kind words. Peace and love!

Dear Anonymous

I don't homeschool, in fact I don't even have children. But I know many, schooled an homeschooled. And these are the kindest, most truthful, level headed childen I've ever met.

If you see them in rehab, chances are they'll be counseling you. And they won't be judging.
